Adult Self-Compassion Group- You are not alone. Sometimes, as adults we can feel disconnected, like we are starting over and not sure where we are going. Having support and guidance as you navigate challenges in life can help you feel more empowered and lead to better self-esteem. Weekly sessions focus on the basics from self-care and mindfulness to digging deeper into issues that affect us all like trauma and negative self-talk. Counselors lead weekly sessions focused on particular themes to give a safe space for sharing and exploration.

Metamorphosis Transgender Therapeutic Support- More than just a support group, this counselor led group is a space to offer understanding and community while participants explore their gender identity. We dig deep into the issues of gender and gender roles as defined by our society, cultural, and religious beliefs as well as exploring other means of identity formation and how those may have impacted our sense of ourselves. Offers a community of understanding, friendship and resources as participants learn self acceptance, self care and advocacy, as well as more practical tips on how to approach relationships with loved ones. Weekly sessions for 8 weeks. Screening done prior to group admission.

Parenting Group- Parents are given skills and strategies to help them deal with even the most challenging parenting situations using a “NO Shame” approach.
